Meet The Team

With 22 years’ experience in kitchen and bath design, Scott decided he wanted to branch out on his own.  In 2011 he opened his own company, SL Designs, Inc.     Scott’s passion is designing spaces that work well with the needs of his clients.  He stays up with trends and is always looking for additional cabinet companies to partner with in order to meet the needs of his clients.  His goal is to be able to provide options to clients at whatever price point their budget allows.  

Larry joined the SL Design team in 2015 as a kitchen and bath designer.  Larry has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years prior to coming to SL Designs and his many contacts have been beneficial in creating a solid client base.  Larry enjoys spending time with his clients discussing what they would like in their designs – whether for a kitchen remodel or a new construction project – and providing them with ideas and designs that are beautiful and functional.

Dorothy has been with SL Designs, Inc since 2014.  With a degree in Accounting, Dorothy started working for SL Designs managing the accounting aspects of the business.  She also works closely with the designers and clients, ordering and scheduling projects and helping to ensure projects go smoothly.

Allison was the first employee for the Batesville location. She grew up in the construction world and has always had an interest in the design end of construction.  She is a native of Batesville and her connections within the community have been beneficial in establishing herself as a kitchen and bath designer. 

Tyler has been with SL Designs since 2014.  He spends his time making sure the cabinets are received and delivered to the various job sites for both the Nicholasville location and the Batesville location.  He works closely with the installers making sure they have all the components they need to install a cabinet package.  Tyler also manages final service calls and details on many of the projects completed by SL Designs.

Jual joined SL Designs in 2023. He assists in all cabinet deliveries in Nicholasville and Batesville. He works closely with the installers making sure they have all the components they need to install a cabinet package. Jual comes from a family with over 40 years of cabinet experience.
